Omega 750 EE provides an ultra-pure, molecularly distilled, natural lipid concentrate sourced from fish caught in cold, deep sea water. Ethyl Esters (EE) are fatty acids that are cleaved from their glycerol backbone then linked with a molecule of ethanol. Converting TGs to EEs is necessary to produce fish oil concentrates. This formula is independently verified to ensure potency and purity according to the highest worldwide standards. The purity assay process includes testing for PCBs, heavy metals and pesticides. Also, to assure maximum freshness, the oil is stabilized with natural vitamin E (as natural mixed tocopherols).
